Brad Gill

With a calm, collective demeanor and eccentric attitude, Brad brings a professional appeal to his work while providing a pleasant and memorable experience for all his clients. He prides himself on his natural ability to work closely with all his clients, assisting them with their real estate and financing decisions all the while providing a level of customer service that is above and beyond the norm for professionals in the industry.

Brad has extensive experience assisting his clients with securing loans for the purchase and refinance of residential properties, as well as loans for the purchase and development of land, including new construction and rehab construction loans. He works with all credit types to secure real estate financing and also provides credit assistance for those who need a loan to get back on track. In fact, consumer education is extremely important to Brad. On every transaction, he is dedicated to providing his clients with all the tools and resources necessary so that they can make the most informed decision possible.

Brad grew up in Almaden Valley, located to the south west of San Jose, and so possesses valuable local knowledge of the area. He graduated from the California Polytechnic University in the Winter of 2003 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and a Concentration in Financial Management. He is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker, license no. 01385310 with the California Department of Real Estate.

To keep current on all the latest changes affecting the real estate and lending industries, Brad is also an active member in the local chapters of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers and the California Association of Realtors.

When away from the office you may run into Brad surfing in Santa Cruz, scuba diving in Monterey, wakeboarding at the Delta, snowboarding in Lake Tahoe, or tasting some really good wines in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
